You will lead the strategy, execution, and success of ML/AI-powered features that enhance discoverability and drive customer satisfaction. **You'll** **Make an Impact By:** + Leading the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement of **customer-facing search and personalization features** . + Partnering with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver ML/AI-powered solutions that improve search relevance, ranking, and recommendations. + Driving the vision and roadmap for search and personalization products that serve millions of customers globally. + Using **data and analytics** to define KPIs, measure product performance, and guide decision-making. + Designing and running large-scale **A/B tests** to optimize feature performance and validate new hypotheses. + Analyzing customer behavior, industry trends, and internal data to identify opportunities and shape product direction. + Communicating progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. **About the Team** You'll be part of Walmart's **International eCommerce Product team** , responsible for the **Search and** **Personalization** experiences across 26 countries.
