Senior Data Analyst - Hybrid

W2/C2C - Minnesota

Position Overview:

Senior data analyst who has worked for a healthcare payor. Our priority is to find Data Analysts who understand Healthcare Payer systems and the data they work with. Must have experience working on or supporting key Healthcare Payer operational processes, such as:

• Enrollment
• Claims
• Provider data
• Billing

These analysts will be able to act as a Healthcare Payer Data Detective to perform tasks such as:

1. Reviewing Functional Requirements: They must understand how these requirements apply to Healthcare Payer operations.
2. Asking the Right Questions: They should be able to trace the data across different domains and ask the right questions to identify the involved data areas (e.g., enrollment, claims) and current source systems.
3. Source System Mapping: They should be able to trace data back to current source systems, databases, and repositories.
4. Collaborating with SMEs: Work closely with SMEs from legacy systems to ensure no systems or data repositories are overlooked.

Once these discovery tasks are completed, they can move on to more traditional tasks like Source-Target Mapping and supporting ETL processes.
