Job Posting: Junior Business Analyst

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Locations: Connecticut

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a W2 contract basis .

In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to:
- Business process improvement initiatives
- Data analysis and reporting projects
- Software implementation and integration projects


You will use tools such as:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
- Data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau)


You will be part of a collaborative team structure, working closely with:
- Senior Business Analysts
- Project Managers
- Development and QA teams
- Stakeholders from various departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Prior internship or project experience in a business analyst or related role is a plus.

• US Citizen
