✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
✔️ Active New York State medical license
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
✔️ 1+ year of clinical psychiatry experience
✔️ Proficiency in psychiatric evaluations, pharmacotherapy, and telehealth platforms
✔️ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
✔️ Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong communication skills

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders
✔️ Develop and manage individualized treatment plans (including medication management)
✔️ Provide evidence-based therapy for conditions like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder
✔️ Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for integrated care
✔️ Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure HIPAA compliance
✔️ Participate in case conferences and contribute to practice improvement initiatives
