Responsibilities: - I am responsible for acting as a Salesforce subject matter expert, supporting core business processes across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and back-office functions.
- I have over seven years of experience in Salesforce business analysis, including requirements gathering, solution design, and the implementation of packaged applications, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
- I hold a current Salesforce.com Administrator certification.
- I possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Lightning and Lightning components.
- I configure and administer Salesforce, including the creation and maintenance of users, profiles, roles, permission sets, custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, workflow rules, validation rules, Lightning Process Builder, reports, and dashboards.
- I have over three years of experience importing, transforming, and analyzing data for reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
- I bring two years of experience with FinancialForce PSA or equivalent PSA solutions to support Professional Services automation, resource management, and project financials.
- I have over three years of practical experience implementing CPQ/CLM solutions, preferably on the Salesforce platform.
- I deliver at least two years of experience working with Salesforce Customer Communities (Experience Cloud), including configuration, user management, and content management.
