We are seeking a Pega Test Lead to join our team. This Pega Test Lead role will involve leading testing activities for Pega-based digital and automation solutions, including Pega Robotics and Pega Decision Management. The ideal Pega Test Lead will have strong experience in test automation, test strategy definition, and leadership of QA teams within Pega environments.
This Pega Test Lead position requires hands-on expertise in Pega testing tools and frameworks, along with the ability to collaborate closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end testing activities for Pega-based applications and solutions
Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases
Manage and mentor QA and testing teams supporting Pega implementations
Perform hands-on testing for Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) and Pega Decision Management solutions
Oversee test automation efforts and ensure effective coverage
Coordinate defect tracking, analysis, and resolution with development teams
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Provide regular test status updates and quality metrics to stakeholders
Support release validation and production readiness activities
