Position Type: Full Time

Location: Warrington, PA

Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Land Surveyor to take on a key role within our Survey Department. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a variety of surveying projects, from boundary and topographic surveys to ALTA/ACSM surveys and construction stakeouts, using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and production of detailed survey plans and drawings.
  • Train and mentor field crews, technicians, and support staff to ensure high-quality output.
  • Manage and execute a range of survey projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Perform quality control checks on survey plans and documents to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct various calculations to assist field personnel during project execution.
  • Engage with clients regularly to align project outcomes with their expectations and requirements.
  • Review title reports and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to overcome them.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in survey project management.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is essential.
  • Must possess a valid PA PLS license; NJ PLS license is also preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative in previous roles.
