What You'll Do: As a Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker, you'll be an integral part of the team, getting hands-on experience across sales, leasing, and property management.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with leasing agents to identify and attract new clients
Attending property showings and sales meetings to gain industry insights
Conducting detailed research, demographic analysis, and LoopNet reporting
Designing and distributing marketing materials to drive deals
Supporting property managers and property accountants with key tasks
Contributing to special projects alongside our tenant representation and site selection teams

Job Type: Full-time, 1099 worker
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based
Required Qualifications:
Driver's License
Real Estate License (preferred, or actively working towards it)
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S.
Duration: 90-day contract-to-hire
Location: Must be based in North Palm Beach, Miami, Tampa, or Orlando (North Palm Beach role is on-site; other locations are hybrid/remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 25.00 Per Hour
