Job Title: Executive Assistant to the President
Location: Hybrid (Greenville, SC preferred)
About the Role
Our client is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the President in day-to-day business operations. This role is mission-critical and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where priorities shift quickly, precision matters, and high-level communication is essential.
This is not a traditional support role. You will function as a strategic right hand—helping to coordinate internal operations, communicate with clients and partners, manage deliverables, and ensure the President stays focused on top priorities. You’ll have a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing, high-impact business unit.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the President’s calendar with a focus on priorities, efficiency, and time protection
• Draft, refine, and send business communications (emails, briefs, presentations, talking points)
• Prepare materials, agendas, and recaps for internal and external meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the President is briefed and prepared
• Act as a liaison with clients, partners, and vendors on scheduling, follow-ups, and requests
• Track key tasks and follow through on action items related to sales, delivery, and operations
• Conduct light research and synthesize findings to support strategic planning
• Support internal operations including scheduling reviews, tracking milestones, and compiling reports
• Assist with content preparation for executive decks, social media, and event presentations
What You Bring
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a knack for anticipating needs before they arise
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills across formats and audiences
• Confidence managing up, juggling multiple stakeholders, and making decisions independently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several moving pieces simultaneously
• Tech-savvy: fluent in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project/task management tools
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential business information
Preferred Qualifications
• 3–7 years supporting a senior executive or leader in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment
• Background in professional services, software, or consulting a plus
• Experience with HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn, and presentation creation highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
