We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support our growing finance team! This role is perfect for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional who’s eager to dive into all aspects of day-to-day financial operations—from expense management to month-end close activities. What You’ll Do: Manage employee reimbursements and ensure policy compliance Respond to employee inquiries regarding travel and expense reporting Administer Expensify user accounts, roles, and permissions Oversee corporate credit card programs and reconcile monthly activity Maintain vendor records and support onboarding of new vendors Support the month-end close with journal entries and account reconciliations Reconcile intercompany transactions and collaborate with global subsidiaries Ensure SOX compliance for all expense-related financial processes Help document accounting procedures and recommend process improvements Provide general support to the accounting and finance team Take on ad hoc projects and assist with internal financial analysis What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Knowledge of GL accounting principles and basic internal control concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Experience with Expensify, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel A collaborative mindset, with a proactive and flexible attitude Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
