Bilingual in French (5/5) and English (4/5)


Prosci certification (asset)
Expertise in organizational change management and technology deployment projects, including M365 (a very important asset)

5 years of experience in organizational change management
Excellent communication and training skills
Experience with SharePoint
Good organizational skills and project management experience
Ability to analyze the impact of technology deployments on the user experience
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and work in partnership with stakeholders at various levels
Knowledge of persona creation and learning path design methods

Job Description:


Analyze the impacts and risks on the user experience related to the program's various initiatives;
Develop and implement organizational change management plans based on these impact analyses;
Identify risks and propose mitigation measures in organizational change management;
Identify communication needs and develop the required communication plans;
Produce and monitor the program's communications schedule;
Generate various communication content through multiple channels;
Maintain up-to-date information on the M365 project website on the SharePoint platform;


Contribute to and update FAQ publications;
Identify training needs in collaboration with the Technical Delivery Manager;
Create personas representing the different types of users affected by the projects and develop learning paths;
Produce and monitor the training schedule (if necessary);
Coordinate the design and development of learning paths tailored to employee needs and make them available (on the program's SharePoint site);
Prepare ambassadors to assume their roles and responsibilities within the change framework;
Facilitate meetings with the ambassador community and provide ongoing support by helping them overcome obstacles and address their concerns regarding the change;
Empower regional change management resources and align change activities across regions;
Establish mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of the ambassador network and gather feedback to adjust strategies (if necessary).
