**Immediate Hiring For Assembler** **Job Description** + Join a dynamic team where you will contribute to the assembly and testing of medical devices using various tools and equipment. + This contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to work in a cleanroom environment with a focus on precision and quality. **Responsibilities** + Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. + Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements as per the Quality System. + Report any issues with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer or Supervisor. + Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Microscope experience + Small part assembly + Strong communication skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope + Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift + Able to work with small parts, including inspecting various raw materials and catheters + High school diploma or equivalent **Additional Information:** + **All candidates MUST be open to OT during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed. + 1st- 5:45am-2:30pm (needs to be open to working 5:00am-3:00pm) **Why Work Here?** + Enjoy great benefits upon becoming permanent, be part of a growing company with a fantastic work environment and culture. + You will be contributing to the development of devices that help remove blood clots. + Benefit from catered lunches once a week. **Work Environment** + This position is located in a manufacturing setting, requiring 100% cleanroom work in close stations. + Candidates must be open to working during weekdays and Saturdays when needed. + Flexibility to start an hour before the shift time is also required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
